Breakfast Casserole Recipe
- 8 ounce. pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 pound sausage (cook well and drain)
- 2 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 1/2 tbsp. green pepper
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Press rolls into bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Then put in sausage.
- Beat Large eggs and other ingredients; mix well.
- Pour over sausage.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
