Tuna and Pasta Salad
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna
- 13 cup shredded carrot
- 14 cup chopped cucumber
- 14 cup sliced radish
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 12 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 12 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine all salad ingredients except pasta, toss.
- Add pasta, toss again.
- Combine dressing ingredients, pour over salad, toss gently to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours.
