Egg & Sausage Casserole
- 1 lb sausage, cooked & drained
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 12 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 14 cups Bisquick
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon oregano (I don't use) (optional)
- In a 9x13 casserole layer the sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomato slices and cheese.
- Blend the remaining ingredients in your blender and pour over the top of the layers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
