Easy Sunday Afternoon Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 1 can Chunk Chicken Breast (12.5 Oz.)
- 2 whole Baby Dill Pickles
- 13 cups Mayonnaise (I Usually Just Eyeball It)
- 1/4 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoning Salt (adjust To Your Taste)
- 1 whole Sourdough Baguette Loaf (I Get The Ones From Costco)
- Set oven to 350 and heat up the Sourdough baguette.
- We keep ours in the freezer and it takes about 10 minutes to warm.
- Drain the chicken and put it in a medium bowl.
- Dice the pickles until very small and add them to the bowl.
- Add mayo and seasoning salt.
- Mix together well with a fork.
- Slice baguette in half, then slice lengthwise but not all the way through.
- Fill with chicken mixture and enjoy!
