Easy Sunday Afternoon Chicken Salad Sandwiches

  1. Set oven to 350 and heat up the Sourdough baguette.
  2. We keep ours in the freezer and it takes about 10 minutes to warm.
  3. Drain the chicken and put it in a medium bowl.
  4. Dice the pickles until very small and add them to the bowl.
  5. Add mayo and seasoning salt.
  6. Mix together well with a fork.
  7. Slice baguette in half, then slice lengthwise but not all the way through.
  8. Fill with chicken mixture and enjoy!
