Latte Mousse Cup
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 8 OREO DOUBLE DELIGHT Coffee 'n Creme Chocolate Sandwich Cookie, crushed, divided
- 1-1/2 cups strong brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled slightly Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
- Remove 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and 2 Tbsp.
- of the crushed cookies.
- Refrigerate whipped topping and set aside cookie pieces at room temperature for later use.
- Mix coffee and sugar in small microwavable bowl until sugar is dissolved.
- Sprinkle with gelatine; let stand 1 minute.
- Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds or until gelatine is completely dissolved; mix well.
- Add remaining cookie pieces to remaining whipped topping in medium bowl; stir gently until well blended.
- Gradually add coffee mixture, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour into serving bowl or 6 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
- Serve topped with reserved whipped topping and crushed cookies.
