Latte Mousse Cup

  1. Remove 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the crushed cookies.
  3. Refrigerate whipped topping and set aside cookie pieces at room temperature for later use.
  4. Mix coffee and sugar in small microwavable bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Sprinkle with gelatine; let stand 1 minute.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds or until gelatine is completely dissolved; mix well.
  7. Add remaining cookie pieces to remaining whipped topping in medium bowl; stir gently until well blended.
  8. Gradually add coffee mixture, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  9. Pour into serving bowl or 6 dessert dishes.
  10. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
  11. Serve topped with reserved whipped topping and crushed cookies.
