Pistachio cake (made with club soda) - Pistachio Inside Outside Cake

  1. Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl
  2. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
  3. Bake in greased, floured 10" bundt pan at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 50 minutes
  4. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack.
  5. Split into 3 layers.
  6. Spread about 1 cup (225 ml) of frosting between layers, spoon rest into center.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts
  8. Chill
  9. Blend 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) cold milk
  10. 1 envelope Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
  11. 1 package Jell-o Pistachio Flavor Instant Puddng
  12. Whip until thickened; about 5 minutes
