Triple Berry Cooler Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn raspberries in juice, thawed
- 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn cranberry juice cocktail, thawed
- 1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk
- Fresh strawberries (if you like)
- Place raspberries and juice in blender container; cover.
- Puree till smooth.
- Add in concentrated cranberry juice, half of the ice cream and lowfat milk.
- Blend on high till combined.
- Add in remaining ice cream and lowfat milk.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.
- Served immediately in tall, chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries if you like.
- Makes 5 c..
