Beef Macaroni Casserole Recipe
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp honey
- 8 ounce macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- Crumble grnd beef in skillet.
- Add in seasonings and water, onions., mushrooms and parsley.
- Cook till onions are transparent and meat is slightly brown.
- Add in tomatoes and honey.
- Cover and simmer 20 min.
- While meat is cooking, boil macaroni in salted water according to directions.
- Drain; toss in butter.
- Turn into deep casserole.
- Pour meat mix over and mix lightly.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
