Beef Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Fry grnd chuck in 2-qt frying pan.
  2. Drain the grease.
  3. Add in salt, pepper, garlic salt and chili pwdr to cooked meat and continue cooking for about 2 min.
  4. Add in pinto beans, tomato sauce and enchilada sauce to the meat.
  5. Bring to a boil and then simmer about 10 min.
  6. Take one flour tortilla and spoon 5 Tbsp.
  7. of the enchilada sauce mix onto the middle of the tortilla.
  8. Top with 2 tsp.
  9. of grated cheese and roll up the tortilla.
  10. Place rolled tortilla in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
  11. Repeat the process till all 6 tortillas are filled.
  12. Top the tortillas with the remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  13. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 20 min.
  14. Serves 5 to 6.
