Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa Mix
- 3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa powder (Dutch cocoa powder is cocoa powder that has been treated with an alkali to neutralize some of its natural acidity)
- 2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter baking chips
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Working in 2 batches, pulse ingredients in a food processor or blender until peanut butter baking chips are finely ground.
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 months.
- To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk.
- Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.
