Crunchy Macaroni

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook macaroni but don't overcook it-- it needs to be al dente.
  3. While pasta is cooking, butter a shallow oven-safe baking dish and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Drain macaroni and return to pan.
  5. Add Spam, Maggi and most of the Parmesan.
  6. Put mixture into prepared baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle the top with more bread crumbs and parmesan.
  8. Dot with butter.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
