Korean Cucumber Salad

• 5 pickling cucumbers
• 12 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 12 tablespoons white vinegar

1. Slice cucumbers and put aside.

3. ombine sauce ingredients.
4. Pour sauce over cucunbers, chill and serve.
