Butternut Squash and Pear Medley

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel the butternut squash and cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the pears into small cubes (you can leave the peel on the pears).
  3. Pour all squash and pears in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Next, add the cinnamon, brown sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper, and stir well to combine.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
  6. Squash should be tender when it is done, so adjust baking time accordingly.
