BBQ Honey Sriracha Baked Chicken Wings
- 300 gm BBQ Sauce (i use Singlong brand)
- 5-10 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 5-10 tbsp honey
- 1 kg chicken
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 50 gm rice flour
- 50 gm corn flour
- 50 gm plain flour
- 2 tbsp curry powder to taste
- 2 tbsp seasoning to taste
- 125 gm butter
- Mix corn flour, rice flour with plain flour, curry powder, seasoning powder & curry powder.
- Coat chicken pieces evenly and deep fry for 15 mins
- While frying chicken, cook the sauce.
- Melt butter in the pan and add butter bbq sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and rosemary spice to taste
- Dip the fried chicken into the sauce and arrange neatly in baking pan.
- Bake at 220C for 15-20 mins.
