Cheesy Pecan Pie
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 14 cups pecans, whole
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth; pour into unbaked pie shell and top with 1 1/4 cup whole pecans.
- In another bowl, prepare the topping ingredients; add the eggs and beat; add sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; mix all ingredients well and slowly pour over pecan and cheese filling.
- Bake at 350F for 45-50 minute until done.
