Grilled Veggie-Topped Burger

  1. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high 2 to 3 min.
  2. on each side to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  3. Top with 2 cheese slices.
  4. Grill 30 sec.
  5. or until cheese begins to melt.
  6. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  7. of the steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1 lettuce piece, cheeseburger, 2 slices each zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes, and 1 Tbsp.
  8. of the remaining steak sauce.
  9. Cover with top of roll.
