Best Ever Potato Salad Recipe

  1. Wash potatoes and boil with skins on till tender but not falling apart.
  2. While potatoes are cooking combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, dill, pimento, onion, green onions, green pepper, olives, pickles, salt and pepper.
  3. Remove potatoes when done and slice in half or possibly fourths depending on size.
  4. While potatoes are still hot, pour sauce over and toss to coat.
  5. May be served hot or possibly refrigerated.
  6. Garnish with minced parsley and slices of red bell pepper if you like.
  7. The trick is to add in the sauce while the potatoes are still hot.
  8. Serves 20-25.
