Zesty Horseradish Sauce

• 1 cup sour cream
• 13 cup prepared horseradish
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 dash white pepper

1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
2. Stir until well mixed.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 3 days.
