Bluefish Salad Supreme Recipe

  1. Remove skin from bluefish and dark layer under skin.
  2. Cut bluefish into very small pcs.
  3. Put into a bowl and add in all ingredients except lowfat sour cream, toss gently.
  4. Chill till thoroughly chilled.
  5. Just before serving, stir in lowfat sour cream or possibly mayonnaise.
  6. This recipe yields 4 c..
  7. Yield: 4 c.
  8. NOTES :

bluefish, onion, green pepper, salad oil, wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, parsley flakes, sour cream
