Tofu Scramble

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and saute the garlic and onions until softened.
  2. Then add the peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. After that, add the cumin, thyme, paprika, turmeric and salt.
  4. mix well.
  5. add 1/4 cup water to deglaze the pan, scraping the bottom to get all the spices.
  6. Crumble the tofu and add to the mixture in the skillet.
  7. Mix well and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve immediately.
