Mesquite Turkey & Spinach Grilled Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 slices Multi-grain Bread (Or Your Favorite)
- 3 slices Deli Mesquite Turkey Breast
- 1/2 cups Baby Spinach (rinsed, Dried)
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese, Or Your Favorite
- 1 Tablespoon Grainy Mustard
- Set the grill or a griddle pan over medium heat.
- Spread half the butter on one slice of bread.
- Place bread on grill or pan, buttered side down.
- Top with turkey, half of the spinach, and half the provolone.
- Follow with remaining spinach, remaining provolone.
- Spread one side of the remaining slice of bread with mustard and place on top of sandwich, mustard side down.
- Spread remaining butter on top of the second slice of bread.
- When sandwich has cooked for a total of 2 minutes, flip and cook another 3 minutes on the other side.
- Plate, cut in half and serve.
- Enjoy!
