15-Minute Chili & Rice Wraps

  1. Mix chili and water in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  3. Stir in rice; cover.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.
  5. Spoon 1/3 cup of the chili mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. Fold in sides, then roll up tightly from bottom.
  7. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.
