Heavenly Pie

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces silken tofu
• 1 egg
• 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9-inch diameter

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a mixer, blend the cream cheese, chocolate, tofu, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Spoon filling into the pie crust, and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Chill before serving, top with whip cream or yogurt, and enjoy!
