Easy Chinese Stir-Fry
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. boneless pork loin roast, cut into thin strips
- 8 carrots, peeled and sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups hot cookedinstant brown rice

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork and carrots; cook 5 min.
- Stir in dressing and hoisin sauce.
- Cook 7 min.
- longer, or until carrots are crisp-tender.
- Add onions; cook 1 min.
- Serve immediately over 1/2 cup rice per serving.
