Easy Chinese Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pork and carrots; cook 5 min.
  3. Stir in dressing and hoisin sauce.
  4. Cook 7 min.

  6. Add onions; cook 1 min.
  7. Serve immediately over 1/2 cup rice per serving.
