chicken and stuffing casserole

• 6 chicken breast
• 1 box of stuffing
• 1 can of cream of chicken
• 1 can of mixed vegetables
• 1 1/2 cup sour cream

1. cook box of stuffing following directions on box
2. cut raw chicken breast into bite size chunks and line the bottom of 9 x13 casserole dish
3. mix cream of chicken, mixed vegs., and sour cream in a bowl.
4. place this mixture over the chicken
5. put cooked stuffin on top
6. bake @ 400F for 30 mins or until chicken is done
7. *you could also add a cup of shredded cheese in step 3
