Sidecar Martini
- 1 12 ounces calvados
- 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 2 ounces lemon juice, separated
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- Wet the rim of a martini glass by dipping it in a shallow plate filled with 1 ounce of lemon juice.
- Dip the glass into the superfine sugar and set aside.
- Combine the Calvados, Cointreau, and 1 ounce lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into the martini glass.
