Steak & Mushroom Teriyaki Quesadillas
- 1 lb steak bits
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (make sure it is the thicker one not the watery one)
- 1 packages flour tortilla shells
- 1 packages shredded cheese
- cook steak and mushrooms in separate skillets.
- once cooked put in one pan and pour in teriyaki sauce and stir
- let that simmer for a few minutes
- in a separate skillet heat up place a tiny bit of better down until it sizzles.
- sizzle means its ready for you to place a tortilla shell down and swirl in butter
- on HALF of the shell lay cheese on and one heaping spoonful of meat mixture on top of melting cheese...top with more cheese!
- fold the bare half of the tortilla over the mixture half and then flip in one minute
- repeat until gone
- cut and serve!
- they are good dipped in sour cream
