Steak & Mushroom Teriyaki Quesadillas

  1. cook steak and mushrooms in separate skillets.
  2. once cooked put in one pan and pour in teriyaki sauce and stir
  3. let that simmer for a few minutes
  4. in a separate skillet heat up place a tiny bit of better down until it sizzles.
  5. sizzle means its ready for you to place a tortilla shell down and swirl in butter
  6. on HALF of the shell lay cheese on and one heaping spoonful of meat mixture on top of melting cheese...top with more cheese!
  7. fold the bare half of the tortilla over the mixture half and then flip in one minute
  8. repeat until gone
  9. cut and serve!
  10. they are good dipped in sour cream
