Individual Berry Breakfast Souffles

  1. Preheat oven to 375F Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking oil.
  2. Beat together eggs, water and salt.
  3. Fill 8 tins 2/3 full with egg mixture.
  4. Top egg mixture with cream cheese, brown sugar and half of the berries.
  5. Bake 15-18 minutes or until brown sugar melts and eggs have set.
  6. Remove from tins, dust with confectioner's sugar and top with remaining berries.
