Chicken Diablo
- 1 roasting chicken, cut up
- 12 cup margarine
- 12 cup honey
- 14 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Melt margarine in shallow pan.
- Stir in all ingredients but chicken.
- Roll chicken in this mixture to coat both sides.
- Arrange chicken in single layer in pan.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and glazed.
- Baste chicken 3 times during baking.
- Serve with rice topped with remaining sauce.
