Valentine Tarts

  1. Brush 3 sheets phyllo pastry with margarine or butter; stack together.
  2. Cut into 6 (6 x 5-inch) rectangles.
  3. Repeat with remaining sheets.
  4. Place 2 stacks together to form a star.
  5. Press into 10-ounce custard cup or 3-inch muffin-pan cup.
  6. Repeat with remaining stacks to make 6 tart shells.
  7. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk in small bowl.
  10. Spoon pudding into prepared tart shells; chill 30 minutes.
  11. Just before serving, spoon fruit over pudding.
