Cream of Mushroom Soup, Shaw's

  1. Saute mushrooms with butter; add celery, onion, wine; simmer 15 minutes.
  2. Add chicken stock & water.
  3. Add cream.
  4. Bring to low boil.
  5. Add cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken.
