Crunchy Sesame Mushroom Salad

• 2 cups button mushrooms, quartered
• 14 cup sesame oil
• 3 tablespoons tamari
• 14 cup raw sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

1. In bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Toss until well coated.
