Islander Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, steak sauce and eggs until well blended.
  2. Shape into five 8x5-inch loaves (or one loaf for trial recipe) in greased full sheet pan (or in half sheet pan for trial recipe).
  3. Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven for 50 min.
  4. (or in 375F-standard oven for 1 hour).
  5. Towards end of baking time, mix jam, mustard and chili sauce in saucepan; cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Brush glaze evenly over hot meatloaves.
  7. Bake an additional 15 to 20 min.
  8. (or 20 to 25 min.
  9. in standard oven) or until cooked through (160F).
  10. Cut each loaf into 10 (4-oz.)
  11. slices to serve.
