Smoky Tomato Chicken Breasts
- 4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
- 1/4 cup A.1. Smoky Black Pepper Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook chicken in ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
- on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
- Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except parsley.
- Top chicken with tomato mixture.
- Bake 6 to 8 min.
- or until chicken is done and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
