Silver Needle Noodle / Loh See Fun

• 1 dash pepper
• 4 cup silver needle noodle
• 3 cup beans sprout
• 1 tbsp each of pounded garlic and shallot
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 cup presoak bean curd skin
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tsp dark sauce
• 1 cup stock
• 1 dash sesame oil

1. with oil brown garlic and shallot with beancurd skin
2. add sauce and stock bring to a boil then add noodle mix well
3. add bean sprount mix well then add peppper and sesame oil and off heat then serve
