Peppermint Cheesecake Tartlets

  1. Place milk and cheesecake mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with whip attachment.
  2. Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened.
  3. Scrape bowl.
  4. Add 3 cups of the crushed candies (or 1/2 cup for trial recipe).
  5. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
  6. (Do not overbeat.)
  7. Pour 1/3 cup of the cheesecake mixture into each tart shell; top with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the whipped topping.
  9. Sprinkle evenly with remaining candies.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
