Peppermint Cheesecake Tartlets
- 3 qt. Cold milk
- 2-1/2 qt. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 1 qt. Crushed peppermint candies, divided
- 2 qt. DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping Mix, prepared
- 60 each 3-inch vanilla wafer tart shell
- Place milk and cheesecake mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with whip attachment.
- Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened.
- Scrape bowl.
- Add 3 cups of the crushed candies (or 1/2 cup for trial recipe).
- Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
- (Do not overbeat.)
- Pour 1/3 cup of the cheesecake mixture into each tart shell; top with 2 Tbsp.
- of the whipped topping.
- Sprinkle evenly with remaining candies.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
