Orange-Basil Salmon

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salmon.
  2. Cover or seal, and chill 2 hours.
  3. Remove salmon from marinade, discarding marinade.
  4. Grill, covered with grill lid, on a lightly greased food rack over medium-high heat (350F to 400F degrees) 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
