Popeye Salad Recipe

• 1/2 head lettuce, torn
• 1 pound fresh spinach, torn
• 1 med. large onion, finely minced
• 3 to 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
• 5 to 6 strips bacon, crumbled

1. Mix all ingredients, except dressing, and chill.
2. Just before serving time, toss dressing.
3. Mix can be made ahead and refrigerated.
