Best Yet Ice Cream Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 quart. half and half
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 gal. 2% lowfat milk
- Beat Large eggs in blender; then add in sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Blend whip cream.
- Add in all together in ice cream freezer.
- You can add in strawberries, crushed peaches, mashed bananas, chocolate chips, or possibly chocolate syrup.
- Freeze in freezer till set.
- Makes 1 gallon.
