Creamy Beef & Noodle Bake
- 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas) , thawed, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, brown meat with onions and thyme in skillet; drain.
- Spoon noodles into 13x9-inch baking dish; top with meat and mixed vegetables.
- Whisk soup and milk until blended; pour over vegetables.
- Top with cheese; cover.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
