Bulgar Walnut Salad Recipe

  1. Place bulgar in medium-size bowl, cover with water.
  2. Set aside till bulgar has absorbed the water, about 20 min.
  3. Drain and squeeze out any excess water.
  4. Fluff with a fork.
  5. Add in celery, green onion, dates and walnuts.
  6. in glass measuring c. whisk together lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and cinnamon.
  7. Pour dressing over bulgar mix, mix together.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
  9. Chill leftovers.
