Pea Soup
- 3 cups beef stock
- 12 cup carrot, sliced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 cups fresh peas
- heat stock.
- add peas, carrots, celery, and onions.
- add curry for seasoning.
- simmer until all vegetables are soft.
