shrimp and mussels grand stew
- 2 lb shrimp
- 1 lb mussel
- 4 tomatillos
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 3 clove of garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 any cooking wine
- 1 oregono
- 1 thyme
- slice all ingredients that are needed
- saute garlic on olive oil until browned
- add tomatoes and tomatillos to pot (add salt to extract moisture quickly)
- toss in some wine till it reduces
- then add chicken stalk and all other herbs, let it cook until tomatoes are almost disolved.
- aproximately 2hrs
- 15 mins before serving add mussels only
- 7 mins before serving add shrimp to stew
