Steak Sauce with Shallots and Wine

  1. Put the olive oil and finely chopped shallots in a pot.
  2. Saute over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. Add the smashed garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
  4. Continue to saute for a few minutes, being careful not to let it burn.
  5. Add the Balsamic vinegar and wine and continue to cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add the soup and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the rosemary and garlic.
  8. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then season with the butter and salt.
  9. Serve with some "Juicy Steak Rolls Made Easy with Thinly Sliced Beef"and some vegetables from.
