Steak Sauce with Shallots and Wine
- 200 grams Shallots (or 150 g spring onions and 50~80 g garlic)
- 100 ml Chicken soup
- 100 ml Red wine
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 what's available The juice from the meat after cooking it
- Put the olive oil and finely chopped shallots in a pot.
- Saute over medium-high heat until browned.
- Add the smashed garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
- Continue to saute for a few minutes, being careful not to let it burn.
- Add the Balsamic vinegar and wine and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Add the soup and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the rosemary and garlic.
- Simmer for another 10 minutes, then season with the butter and salt.
- Serve with some "Juicy Steak Rolls Made Easy with Thinly Sliced Beef"and some vegetables from.
