Herbed Tomatoes and Green Beans

  1. In a small skillet, saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.
  2. Add beans and broth.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-9 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in the tomatoes and seasonings; heat through.
