Festive Cranberry Pineapple Salad

  1. To reserved pineapple juice, add enough cold water to equal 3 cups.
  2. Pour in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil
  3. Remove from heat and add gelatin:stir till gelatin is dissolved (2 min.
  4. ).
  5. Add cranberry sauce and stir till well blended.
  6. Pour mixture in a large bowl.
  7. Refrigerate till slightly thickened (1&1/2 hours).
  8. Remove from refrigerator.
  9. Add pineapple, chopped apples and walnuts.
  10. Pour in a serving bowl and refrigerate 4 hours or till firm.
