Chocolate Sandies

  1. Cream butter, melted chocolate and sugar replacement; add water and vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Blend in flour and pecans.
  3. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Shape into balls.
  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325F for 15 to 20 minutes.
