Flour and Oil Free Banana Okara Chocolate
- 2 Eggs
- 40 grams Sugar
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 20 grams Cocoa (unsweetened)
- 10 Walnuts, etc.
- Place the eggs and sugar into a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until it turns white and thickens.
- Add in the bananas and beat some more.
- Add in the okara and cocoa in that order and quickly mix it together.
- Use a rubber spatula and mix after each ingredient is added.
- (This is the time to add in toppings.)
- Drop into the pan, and bake at 170C for 45 minutes.
- This is made with cracked walnuts and minced dried mango.
