Wurstgulasch
- 4 onion
- 500 grams wurstel (or sausages)
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 1 can Champignons
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 250 ml heavy cream (or Joghurt)
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- Peel the onions and cut them into cubes.
- Cut the wurstel into stripes
- Put the margarine into a pan and heat
- Add the onions and the wurstel until they are golden brown
- Add the Champignons drained (keep the water aside)
- Add the Champignons water, salt,pepper and mustard and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix the flour with the cream and add it to the pan.
- Fertig!
