Easy Egg & Cheese Sandwich
- 4 English muffins, split
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs, hard-cooked, cooled, peeled, sliced*
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham
- Heat broiler.
- Place muffin halves onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat, 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Spread each muffin half with 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
- Place 4 muffin halves aside.
- Top each remaining muffin half with 1 ham slice, 1/4 egg slices, 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice.
- Continue broiling 1-2 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt.
- Top with reserved muffin halves.
- *Substitute poached or fried eggs.
